Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a beautifully simple system of acupressure. It lays out a set of 26 "points" along the major energy pathways of your body. If one of your pathways becomes blocked, this creates stagnation in your energy field and leads to illness or discomfort. I use my hands to gently release any blockages in your energy pathways, and restore balance to your entire system. The whole experience is very relaxing, nurturing and therapeutic.  

Jin Shin Jyutsu is also known as an Art of getting to know, help myself.  Following each session you are given self help holds to assist you with your continued path to harmonized mind, body & spirit.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is used on infants to elderly, for all projects affecting our being.

Acupressure

Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these "points" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.

We’ve done this forever but forgot what it was we were doing when using our hands, fingers and breath to harmonize dis comforts, sprains, strains be it physical or emotional.

Self help instruction is given for daily maintenance to keep the flow of harmony within and without.
